Software Engineer - IBM RPA

The ideal candidate will be responsible to design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation solutions using IBM RPA. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to automate repetitive business processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using IBM RPA.
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and define solution approaches.
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end RPA workflows and technical solutions.
• Develop, configure, and optimize bots, scripts, and automation components.
• Integrate IBM RPA solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and web services.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA solutions.
• Ensure stability, performance, and scalability of deployed bots.
• Support deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and maintenance of RPA solutions across environments.
• Monitor bot execution, analyze failures, and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide production support when required.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in RPA development or intelligent automation.
• Hands-on experience with IBM RPA (mandatory).
• Experience with scripting, APIs, web services, and database integration.
