Role Overview

We are seeking a certified and experienced Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) with expertise in Azure Security . The ideal candidate will lead corporate workshops focused on enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and cloud security posture through threat simulations and certification prep.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver official Microsoft training courses focused on Azure Security (e.g., AZ-500, SC-200, SC-300).
• Facilitate hands-on labs, threat simulations, and scenario-driven workshops for IT, compliance, and SOC teams.
• Customize training programs to align with industry-specific compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, FedRAMP).
• Provide certification preparation including mock exams and practical exercises.
• Offer post-training support for security posture assessments and audits.
• Align training delivery with enterprise security strategies and digital transformation goals.
  
  

Certification Preparation

The Azure Security trainer will lead certification-focused training for AZ-500 , SC-200 , and SC-300 , integrated with ITCs enterprise security enablement strategy:

• Pre-assessment diagnostics and readiness evaluations.
• Structured learning paths with Microsoft Learn content and threat simulation labs.
• Practice exams and compliance mapping exercises tailored to enterprise risk scenarios.
• Exam strategy workshops covering security-specific question formats and time management.
• Post-training support including mentoring and access to security learning communities.
• AZ-500: Focus on identity protection, threat management, and governance.
• SC-200: Emphasis on incident response, SIEM/SOAR, and threat hunting.
• SC-300: Deep dive into Azure AD, conditional access, and identity governance.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Valid Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credential with relevant Azure Security certifications.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or compliance.
• Proven track record of delivering Microsoft training and consulting engagements.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and identity protection tools.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
• Ability to adapt training delivery to different learning styles and technical levels.
• Willingness to travel for on-site training engagements.
• Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Certifications in AZ-500, SC-200, SC-300 or related Azure Security tracks.
• Experience with enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance programs.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture, Microsoft Purview, and Defender for Cloud.
