Role Overview
We are seeking a certified and experienced Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) with expertise in
Dynamics 365 Business Central
. The ideal candidate will lead corporate workshops focused on financial management, inventory control, and business process automation for small and mid-sized enterprises, while preparing learners for MB-800 certification.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver official Microsoft training courses for MB-800 (Business Central Functional Consultant).

Facilitate hands-on labs and scenario-driven workshops for finance, operations, and inventory teams.

Customize training programs to align with SMB workflows and industry-specific business models.

Provide certification preparation including mock exams and practical exercises.

Offer post-training support for Business Central adoption, reporting, and ROI optimization.

Align training delivery with business process automation and digital transformation goals.
Certification Preparation
The Business Central trainer will lead certification-focused training for MB-800, integrated with ITCs SMB ERP enablement strategy:

Pre-assessment diagnostics and learner readiness evaluations.

Structured learning paths with Microsoft Learn content and Business Central simulations.

Practice exams and business scenario exercises tailored to SMB operations.

Exam strategy workshops covering functional consultant question formats and time management.

Post-training support including mentoring and access to Business Central learning communities.
MB-800:
Focus on financials, purchasing, sales, inventory, and business process configuration.
Required Skills And Qualifications

Valid Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credential with MB-800 certification.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, consulting, or Business Central roles.

Proven track record of delivering Microsoft training and consulting engagements.

Strong understanding of financial operations, inventory management, and business workflows.

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.

Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
