Job Summary:
Physician Revenue Group (PRG) is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation Expert to lead the implementation and customization of Dynamics 365 across our business units. This is a strategic role working closely with finance, HR, operations, and our implementation partner to ensure a successful ERP rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams
• Customize, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, and HR modules
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external implementation partner (Confiz)
• Support data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities
• Optimize and troubleshoot integrations with Power Platform, OData, and Azure services
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, and HR modules
• Bachelors in Computer Science, Finance or Business in related field.
• Strong knowledge of ERP implementation lifecycle and best practices
• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 integrations using Power Platform, OData, and Azure
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• CRM / Sales Engineer or Sales Executive Exposure is a Plus
• Fluent in English — both written and verbal communication
