  • This role is a key contributor to the implementation and deployment of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions for regional clients, focusing on financial processes. The Senior Finance Consultant will lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementations, analyze and document business processes, and support deployment with on-site user guidance. This position is critical for ensuring successful ERP adoption and driving client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementations, including financial modules and integrations.
  • Work with clients to analyze, document, and optimize business processes.
  • Perform fit/gap analyses and create functional design documents (FDD) for the development team.
  • Carry out deployment activities and provide on-site user support during go-live.
  • Support projects in collaboration with regional and global teams, with emphasis on industry-specific solutions.
  • Assist with data migration, cutover planning, and system testing.
  • Provide guidance on Agile implementation methodologies and best practices.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience as a lead consultant on at least 3 full end-to-end ERP implementations.

Special Requirements:

  • U.S.-based (regional time zones).
  • Willingness to travel, including nationally and internationally as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Expertise in GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Management.
  • Experience with data migration, cutover, and API integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, order-to-cash, and supply chain processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile implementation methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and client-facing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Additional Desired Characteristics:

  • Basic understanding of project management principles.
  • Knowledge of German or additional languages a plus.
  • Ability to mentor junior consultants and share best practices across teams.

Work Environment:

  • Regional office-based with potential for remote work.
  • Travel required for client deployments and global collaboration.
  • Technology tools provided, including laptop and mobile device.
