Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

• Liaise with implementation partners for execution and delivery of D365 solutions.

• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, JavaScript, Plugins, and Workflows.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage application lifecycle, perform backups, and ensure system security.

• Coordinate with third-party vendors for system integrations and ongoing support.

• Provide L1 support to business users and escalate issues to partners for L2/L3 support.

• Develop and manage reports using Power BI and other D365 built-in reporting tools.

• Support PL/SQL development and maintenance.


Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance, Operations, and Commerce).

• Technical Skills:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, Commerce)

Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)

PL/SQL development and support

Scripting and customization using JavaScript, Plugins, and Workflows

• Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and partner teams
