Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Microsoft Power BI Fabric (Synapse) Consultant and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) to join our team. This hybrid role emphasizes training delivery (60%) and consulting (40%) , focusing on Microsofts Modern Analytics with Power BI , Power Platform , and the broader Data, Analytics, and AI learning ecosystem .

Key Responsibilities

Training (60%)

• Deliver Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) and custom training sessions on Power BI, Microsoft Fabric (Synapse), and Power Platform.
• Guide learners through Microsofts Data, Analytics, and AI Learning Plan, with a focus on Modern Analytics with Power BI.
• Facilitate hands-on labs, real-world scenarios, and certification preparation for enterprise clients and internal teams.
• Develop and deliver use case-driven training modules including:
• Financial dashboards
• Sales and marketing analytics
• Inventory and supply chain reporting
• Executive KPI scorecards
• Operational performance monitoring
• Customize training content to reflect industry-specific needs and business applications.
• Stay current with Microsoft updates, certifications, and learning resources.
  

Consulting (40%)

• Design and implement end-to-end data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, including Synapse Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Real-Time Analytics.
• Build scalable Power BI reports and dashboards, applying best practices in data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Provide strategic consulting on data governance, security, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable analytics solutions.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status.
• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate and/or Azure Enterprise Data Analyst Associate.
• Deep expertise in Modern Analytics with Power BI, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong command of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling principles.
• Experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Factory.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsofts Resources for Modern Analytics with Power BI and the broader Microsoft Learn ecosystem.
• Experience with Git integration in Power BI and Fabric.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview and data governance frameworks.
• Industry-specific analytics experience (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing).
• Experience delivering both virtual and in-person training sessions.
