We are seeking a dynamic attorney (4+ years of experience) in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare Law to join our growing practice. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of law, medicine, and innovation, leading sophisticated matters that shape industry standards while mentoring the next generation of attorneys.

What You'll Do

  • Advise a diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical, pharmacy, and healthcare clients on complex market access, managed care, and regulatory issues.
  • Lead and mentor a collaborative team of attorneys on high-impact projects.
  • Draft and negotiate mission-critical contracts - including manufacturer, payor, and licensing agreements.
  • Build compliance frameworks that help clients thrive in an evolving regulatory landscape.
  • Partner directly with executives and founders, becoming a trusted business and legal strategist.

Qualifications

  • J.D. with 4+ years in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical law.
  • Licensed (or eligible) in NJ or NY; other admissions a plus.
  • Experience in pricing, reimbursement, or regulatory compliance required
  • Prior supervisory or mentoring experience.
  • Background in pharmacy or healthcare (RPh, PharmD, RN, etc.) a plus.
