Mid Level Full Stack Developer (Python/Vue)

Slidey is looking for a mid-level full-stack developer with strong backend expertise, ready to take on meaningful, long-term work on high-impact software. You’ll join a small, agile team contributing to both internal products and client-facing systems.

We’re not just after someone to write code — we want a problem-solver. Someone who thrives on backend challenges, understands systems deeply, and can still deliver solid frontend work when needed.

What You’ll Be Working With

• Backend (Focus): Python (Flask/FastAPI), SQL (no ORM)
• Frontend: Vue 3 + Pinia
• DevOps: Docker, AWS
• Architecture: Containerized services
• Work Style: Async-first, results-driven, minimal meetings

You’re a Good Fit If You:

• Have 2–4 years of experience building full-stack applications, with a stronger focus on backend systems
• Are proficient with Flask and/or FastAPI and can write clean, testable Python code
• Understand database design and optimization and can work directly with raw SQL (without ORMs)
• Can design, implement, and troubleshoot scalable backend architectures
• Are comfortable with Vue 3 and modern JavaScript for frontend tasks
• Have experience building and deploying containerized services with Docker
• Can deploy and scale applications on AWS
• Work effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
