Mid-Level Games Marketing Specialist

Islamabad, Pakistan

Location : Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns for mobile games across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Unity/ironSource/Mintegral platforms.
  • Manage and analyze campaign budgets, ROAS, and CPI to maximize performance.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives tailored to each platform.
  • Monitor, track, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve results.
  • Stay updated on the latest mobile gaming marketing trends, ad networks, and best practices.
  • Work closely with the game development team to align marketing strategies with product goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing/user acquisition, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Unity/ironSource, Mintegral. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly. Understanding of mobile game KPIs (CPI, LTV, ROAS, Retention, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and test new ad concepts. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
