Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage core M&A transaction documents.

• Handle multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining high responsiveness.

• Support business development initiatives and contribute to practice growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of law firm experience in M&A and transactional matters.

• Experience counseling private equity and sponsor-side clients on acquisitions, growth equity, and venture capital matters.

• Familiarity with equity owner agreements and general commercial contracts.

• Admitted or eligible for admission to the New York Bar.

• Proven drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
