Position Overview
Join the firm’s highly regarded Trademark, Copyright & Media Group as a mid-level Associate in either our New York City or California offices. This role involves engaging in meaningful work within a high-volume, fast-paced practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in trademark and copyright litigation and counseling
• Participate in trial preparations and proceedings
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of law firm experience in trademark and copyright litigation and trial
• JD from a nationally recognized law school
• Licensed to practice in the state where officed
• Strong writing skills and a client-first mindset
• Collaborative approach and ability to thrive in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at an AmLaw 100 firm

What We Offer

• Salary range: $310,000 - $390,000 per year
