Mid-Level UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a Mid-Level UX/UI Designer to join our team in Egypt. The ideal candidate has a strong background in user experience research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design , with 2-4 years of experience delivering intuitive and engaging digital experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-friendly designs that align with both business goals and user needs.

Responsibilities

User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts
UI Design: Design high-fidelity mockups, layouts, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines
Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Design Systems: Maintain and contribute to the company's design system and component libraries
Accessibility & Usability: Apply UX best practices to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across platforms
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging UX/UI practices to improve product quality

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Multimedia, or related field
2-4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in digital products or SaaS applications
A strong design portfolio showcasing UX research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI work
Experience with motion design or micro-interactions (After Effects, Principle)
Understanding of Design Thinking methodologies
Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
Prior experience in fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS products
