Mid-Level Web Developer

We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in web development, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple browsers and platforms.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in web development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, PHP, or Python.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Understanding of SEO, web accessibility, and security best practices.
