Middle Product Designer, Marketplace

We’re looking for a Middle+ Product Designer to join our Marketplace Team and help shape ordering experiences: product page, cart, checkout, payment, and post-order flows.

This part of the product directly impacts conversion, trust, retention, and revenue. You’ll be working on systems that users expect to be fast, predictable, and frictionless.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

• End-to-end ordering experience: product page, cart, checkout, payment
• Post-order flows: order tracking, cancellations, refunds, rating, and issue resolution
• Pricing, fees, tips, and total cost transparency
• Error states, edge cases, and recovery scenarios (failed payments, stock changes, delivery issues)
• Improving conversion, clarity, and user confidence in high-frequency purchase journeys
• Iterating on live products using data, experiments, and real operational constraints
• Own end-to-end design of ordering and checkout experiences within the marketplace
• Solve complex, multi-step flows with many states and dependencies
• Improve reliability and clarity across high-frequency user journeys
• Balance user needs, operational realities, and technical constraints
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Writer, UX Researcher, and Product Design peers
• Use analytics, experiments, and feedback to evaluate and iterate on solutions
• Support design QA and ensure implemented UI matches intended behavior
• Contribute to shared patterns and raise issues or suggestions to Design System owners when needed

• 4+ years of product design experience
• Strong UI craft and attention to interaction details
• Solid UX thinking
• Experience working with complex, state-heavy flows
• Enjoy making interfaces feel refined and delightful
• Ability to work independently within a defined product area
• Clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners

• Experience with marketplace, e-commerce, or payment flows
• Experience designing cart, checkout, or post-purchase journeys

Inside the Design Team

You’ll be joining Snoonu’s Product Design team, a group of 18+ designers working across customer, merchant, and operations experiences within the Snoonu ecosystem.

Designers are embedded in product teams and work closely with product managers and engineers, while also collaborating with UX writing, CX, brand, marketing, and other partners to deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences.

Alongside product work, designers contribute to shared design practices and initiatives, helping keep quality, consistency, and collaboration strong across teams.

You’ll join a team that values mutual support, open feedback, and thoughtful craft — and works together to continuously raise the quality of design across the company.
