Middle School Coordinator

The Middle School Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the academic and pastoral development of students in Grades [Insert Grades – typically 6–8]. This role ensures that middle school programs align with the school’s curriculum and educational goals, supports teachers, and fosters a positive learning environment for students during a critical stage of development.
Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Valid teaching certification/license.
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience, preferably at the middle school level.
• Previous leadership or coordination experience is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Understanding of middle school student development and needs.
• Ability to foster collaboration and a positive team culture among staff.
• Proficient with educational technology and learning management systems.
