Holy Rosary Catholic School in Flint, Michigan, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School Math Teacher to join our vibrant academic community part-time/3 hours a day. As a Catholic school, we are committed to providing a holistic education that nurtures the intellectual, spiritual, and personal growth of our students.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational goals.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel supported and motivated to learn.
Establishing and maintaining a positive homeroom environment.
Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
Collaborating positively and supportively with school administration, faculty, staff and parents to maximize students' spiritual, intellectual, social and physical formation.
Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to guide their academic growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to the school community.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
Valid teaching certification/license.
Prior teaching experience, preferably in a middle school setting.
Knowledge of Catholic teachings and a commitment to supporting the school's mission and values.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
