Midland Dispatcher (Experienced Trucking & Rentals)

Phoenix Lease Services, a full-service trucking and rental company specializing in frac tank and surface rentals, is hiring an experienced Dispatcher. What You’ll Do:

• Schedule and dispatch trucks, drivers, and rental equipment
• Work closely with the sales team to coordinate jobs
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, updates, and scheduling
• Track driver hours, routes, equipment and job completion
• Manage purchase order (PO) system for 3rd-party vendors
• Review field tickets and timesheets for accuracy
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets to be able to track our equipment availability

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of dispatch experience (oilfield preferred)
• Knowledge of winch trucks and oilfield rental equipment a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
