Job Title: Millwright / Pump Alignment Technician

Job Description:
We are looking for skilled and experienced Millwrights / Pump Alignment Technicians to join our team in Doha. The selected candidates will be responsible for installation, maintenance, alignment, and troubleshooting of rotating equipment, especially pumps and motors, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of pumps, motors, and rotating equipment
• Carry out precision alignment (laser and dial indicator methods)
• Diagnose mechanical faults and perform corrective actions
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical manuals
• Conduct vibration checks and basic condition monitoring
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
• Work closely with maintenance and engineering teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Millwright or Pump Alignment Technician
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment and alignment techniques
• Experience with laser alignment tools (e.g., SKF, Fluke or equivalent)
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Experience in Oil & Gas or industrial projects preferred
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments
• Relevant technical certification or diploma preferred
