Position Summary

The Ministry Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing ministry programs and outreach activities for Rcross Ministries LLC in Doha. This role ensures that all ministry initiatives are aligned with the organization’s mission, are effectively executed, and foster spiritual growth, community engagement, and service impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement ministry programs, events, and outreach initiatives
• Work closely with leadership to develop annual ministry calendars and strategic objectives
• Coordinate volunteers, ministry teams, and partner organizations
• Manage logistics for events including venues, schedules, materials, and communications
• Ensure smooth execution of worship services, discipleship programs, and community outreach activities
• Maintain accurate records of programs, attendance, and outcomes
• Support communication efforts including announcements, newsletters, and social media updates
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing volunteers and ministry leaders
• Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local regulations in Doha

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Ministry, Theology, Communications, Management, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in church or nonprofit ministry coordination (2–4 years preferred)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in basic office software and digital communication tools
• Understanding of multicultural ministry environments (advantage in Doha context)
