MIPS & MACRA Specialist (Project-Based | Onsite – Lahore)

We are hiring a skilled MIPS & MACRA Specialist on a project-based engagement to support U.S.-based physicians and medical practices with CMS compliance, quality reporting, and performance optimization.

Important Note:
This is a project-based, onsite position in Johar Town, Lahore. Remote work is not available. Fixed evening shift timings apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage MIPS (Merit-based Incentive Payment System) reporting for assigned projects
• Ensure compliance with MACRA and CMS guidelines
• Handle Quality Measures, Improvement Activities, and Promoting Interoperability
• Collect, validate, and submit project-specific clinical data
• Work with EHR systems to extract required MIPS information
• Track performance scores and provide improvement recommendations
• Coordinate with U.S.-based providers and internal teams
• Support documentation, audits, and CMS submissions per project scope

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with MIPS & MACRA (project-based work preferred)
• Strong understanding of CMS quality programs
• Experience supporting U.S. healthcare providers
• Familiarity with EHR systems and reporting workflows
• Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and compliance accuracy
