MIS Analyst (Arabic only)

The primary role of the MIS Officer is to create accurate reports to be used by various levels of the Management. The MIS Officer will coordinate report requests with the requestor ensuring understanding of the request and inclusion of all elements; work directly with the operations team to increase knowledge and understanding of captured data, departmental process and workflow; train operations on system elements to improve and maintain accuracy of report requests.


  1. Develop, design, and maintain reports to meet business needs.
  2. Analyse data and generate reports to assist operations in managing business requirements.
  3. Identify data trends and patterns to provide insights and recommendations.
  4. Prepare and present detailed fraud analysis reports, offering insights to both operations and clients.
  5. Communicate with management and the operations team to ensure compliance with company standards and agreed SOP
  6. Support management in creating and developing reports.
  7. Improve and standardize MIS reporting for more effective management.
  8. Provide support for client requirements.
  9. Produce weekly, monthly, and adhoc MIS reports.
  10. Prepare and monitor attendance and schedule adherence.
  11. Manage scheduling changes to ensure adequate daily resource coverage
  12. Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.

Competencies


Demonstrated strong analytical skills, with emphasis on forecasting.

Proven experience as an MIS Analyst, preferably in fraud management.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data sets.

Ability and willingness to learn new software applications.
