Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to manage project data, reports, and analytics. The ideal candidate should have experience in data management, Excel reporting, and supporting management with accurate MIS dashboards and operational insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project MIS reports.
• Track project progress, material data, vendor billing, and manpower utilization.
• Compile and analyze data from various departments to provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with site and project teams to collect required information.
• Maintain data accuracy, documentation, and version control.
• Support management in decision-making through dashboards and summaries.
• Automate and streamline reporting processes where possible.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS / Data / Reporting roles.
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas) and Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint and basic data presentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the construction / interior / project management industry.
• Familiarity with ERP or project tracking tools.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
