About the Role:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage data reporting, performance tracking, and analytics across departments. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and report automation, ensuring data accuracy and timely insights for business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

- Track performance metrics across sales, HR, and operations.

- Analyze data and identify trends, discrepancies, and improvements.

- Design dashboards and automate reports using Excel formulas and pivot tables.

- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and validate data.

- Present summaries and insights to management.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in MIS/Data Reporting.

- Strong command of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint & Power BI

- Knowledge of data visualization or automation tools

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,906.02 - ₹31,017.22 per month
