Job Summary

Team Thai Detergent Manufacturing LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented MIS Executive to support business reporting, data management, and operational analysis. The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel skills and a keen interest in data analysis and reporting. Freshers with relevant technical skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain and update business data accurately.
• Generate reports and dashboards for management review.
• Perform data validation, data cleansing, and data analysis.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in report automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Support inventory, sales, procurement, and operational reporting.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify data.
• Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of company information.
• Payroll Management

Required Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Dashboards)
• MIS Reporting and Data Analysis
• Data Validation and Data Cleansing
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is preferred
• Basic VBA/Macros knowledge is an added advantage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.
• Candidates with Own Visa or Spouse Visa will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
