MIS Finance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Preparing the daily team performance report for analysis post collating the data submitted by the team.

· Gather, collate and organize various databases to ensure timely and accurate MIS.

· Manage various processes wrt doctor’s payout, sales team performance and any other details as required by the SMC.

· Maintaining the data wrt daily IP / OP patient admitted / visiting the hospital.

· Managing and maintaining Doctors database and patient payout.

· Reverting to queries raised by the Doctors.

· Coordinating between team & interdepartmental.

· Conducted daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly data reconciliation in collaboration with the Marketing team to ensure accuracy and alignment.

· Providing any other data as required by the HOD / SMC.

· Prepared discharge payout data and coordinated with Marketing and Accounts teams for final chart/report compilation.

· Actively participated in process enhancement and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.

· To be part of the Quality Improvement Initiative and protocols of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
