Employment Type: Full-time

Timing & Holiday: Canada Time 6pm-3am

Job Description:

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for banking operations, management, and regulatory compliance.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret financial data for insights and decision-making.
• Collaborate with teams in Canada to ensure seamless operations and reporting.
• Monitor and improve data management practices to comply with banking regulations.
• Support internal and external audits with the necessary data and reports.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in the banking sector, with expertise in MIS reporting.
• Education: ACCA, ICMA or master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (Advanced), Power BI, and banking MIS tools .
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret large datasets and generate meaningful insights.
• Communication Skills: Strong coordination skills to work with teams across different time zones.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data handling and reporting.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Banking Systems (CBS) and financial reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with automated reporting tools and process optimization techniques.
