MIS Supervisor

Octopus Outsourcing is looking for a dedicated and proactive Supervisor to join our MIS team in Alexandria ensuring accurate data insights that support operational decision making and continuous performance improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide a team of MIS specialists.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting & dashboard management.
• Monitor performance and support continuous process improvements.
• Act as the link between management and the MIS team.

Requirements:

• Previous Experience in BPO.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in MIS, data reporting, or related fields.
• Knowledge of COPC standards and the BPO industry.
• Skills in Excel, Python, SQL, and Power BI.
