Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and manage tabs efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area in compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Engage warmly with guests, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor beverage levels to meet guest demand seamlessly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure smooth service flow.
• Uphold all food handling procedures, including proper sanitation practices and adherence to health codes.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy shifts while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings; previous retail math or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling, and responsible alcohol service.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, billing, and inventory management.
• Experience in food industry roles including catering or food service enhances your suitability for this position.
