MLOps Engineer

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled MLOps Engineer to join our AI & Machine Learning Division at Meril Life Sciences , where innovation meets healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of ML models.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to understand model requirements and streamline deployment workflows.
• Automate training, testing, and deployment processes for machine learning models.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize models in production to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance .
• Implement best practices for model versioning, reproducibility, and governance.
• Optimize ML pipelines for scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment or performance-related issues .
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards .
• Stay updated with the latest MLOps tools, technologies, and trends .
• Mentor and support team members on MLOps tools and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline .
• Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycle management .
• Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn .
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or bare-metal servers.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines , automation tools, and version control (Git) .
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for ML production systems.
• Experience with monitoring tools for model and system performance.
• Excellent collaboration skills in cross-functional AI/ML teams .
