Qualification & Requirements : 1 Year experience

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution
• Valid medical license to practice in health care setting
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients across various departments
• Supervise and support junior doctors, interns, and clinical staff
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and relevant healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to improve patient care outcomes
• Participate in case discussions, audits, and continuing medical education (CME) activities
• Assist in emergency response situations as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
