Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Accessories Technician and Salesman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling mobile accessories, providing excellent customer service, and performing basic mobile device and accessory installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities Sales Duties
- Assist customers in selecting mobile accessories such as chargers, cables, earphones, smart watches, power banks, screen protectors, mobile covers, and other related products.
- Promote and upsell products to achieve sales targets.
- Explain product features, benefits, and compatibility with customer devices.
- Handle cash, card, and electronic payments accurately.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are well stocked.
Technical Duties
- Install screen protectors and mobile phone covers professionally.
- Configure and set up mobile accessories for customers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot minor mobile accessory issues.
- Perform basic mobile phone software updates and settings configuration when required.
- Assist with inventory management and stock checking.
- Report defective products and coordinate replacements or repairs.
Customer Service
- Greet customers professionally and provide friendly assistance.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Requirements
- Male candidate (Arabic or Asian nationality preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in mobile accessories sales or mobile phone shop operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, and basic troubleshooting.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
- Arabic and/or English communication skills preferred.
