Mobile App Developer

We are looking for a talented Mobile App Developer with experience in hybrid frameworks such as React Native or Flutter to design and build high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate can contribute at both the architectural and development levels, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and performant mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native or Flutter.
• Architect scalable and modular mobile app solutions to support future enhancements.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and maintain documentation.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and other critical issues.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile development and hybrid technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 2 years in hybrid frameworks (React Native or Flutter).
• Proven experience in building performance-critical applications.
• Strong knowledge of mobile architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in publishing apps to App Store and Google Play.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs integration and state management techniques (e.g., Redux, Bloc, Provider).
• Ability to act as both Architect and Developer, contributing to design decisions as well as implementation.
• Familiarity with native modules and bridging (iOS and Android).
• Proficient in Git and modern DevOps workflows.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD tools for mobile apps (e.g., Fastlane, Bitrise).
• Familiarity with Firebase, GraphQL, or push notification services.
• Understanding of mobile security best practices.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and mobile design guidelines.
