We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and strategic Marketing & Outreach Specialist to elevate our brand, expand our reach, and drive growth.
Position Overview
The Mobile Mammography Marketing & Outreach Specialist is a dynamic, travel-ready marketer responsible for generating new business opportunities, strengthening community partnerships, and creating compelling promotional content. This role requires someone who is energetic, organized, a natural communicator, and excited about working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
You’ll develop marketing materials, manage social media presence, plan outreach campaigns, and represent MammoLink at events, health fairs, corporate meetings, and community engagements. This role offers significant bonus and incentive opportunities tied to performance, scheduling growth, and contract success.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Creative Content
Develop eye-catching promotional materials (print, digital, social).
Generate fresh creative ideas to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Lead and manage MammoLink’s social media presence (content calendar, posts, reels, engagement).
Capture photos/videos and create short-form content of events, community visits, and mobile unit days.
Assist in website updates, email campaigns, and branding initiatives.
Outreach & Business Development
Build strong relationships with healthcare organizations, businesses, HR departments, community partners, and event organizers.
Attend health fairs, corporate wellness events, and community gatherings to promote services.
Identify and pursue new outreach opportunities and partnerships.
Support scheduling and follow-up for new client leads and recurring partnerships.
Represent MammoLink with professionalism and enthusiasm at all external events.
Operational Collaboration
Coordinate closely with the operations team to align marketing efforts with mobile unit schedules.
Participate in strategic planning for growth and new territory opportunities.
Assist with promotional campaigns tied to specific sites, counties, or events.
Track marketing performance, leads generated, and outreach metrics.

Base pay: Competitive for the Tampa Bay/Central Florida market
