Job role : Support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of marketing initiatives for the Mobile segment to enhance product offerings, align with customer needs, and achieve performance goals through market analysis.
Duties & Responsibilities :
• Support the execution of the Mobile segment marketing roadmap and assist in the development of new products and services.
• Contribute to sustaining and enhancing existing mobile offerings, ensuring alignment with the customer journey and touchpoints.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Pricing, Planning, Digital, Brand, and Sales) to ensure Mobile marketing initiatives are effectively implemented and aligned with broader consumer objectives.
• Assist in developing localized and regional marketing initiatives to support sales performance across channels.
• Collaborate with the Brand & Communication team to support targeted marketing campaigns tailored to mobile segment customer needs.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer insights to support the continuous improvement of mobile propositions.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for product and proposition change requests, ensuring clear and accurate communication with Technology/IT teams.
• Monitor KPIs and performance of mobile products and services and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Ensure technical execution quality for mobile products by supporting clear interpretation of requirements and testing alignment with business needs.
• Support budget tracking and adherence for assigned marketing initiatives under the mobile segment.
Job Requirements ::
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
