PRIMARY PURPOSE
-
The Social Media Mobile Videographer is responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content for social media campaigns, events, roadshows, and exhibitions. This role ensures that all video content is engaging, creative, and aligned with the company’s marketing objectives, brand identity, and audience engagement strategies. The role requires hands-on expertise in mobile video shooting and editing, with a focus on delivering final video content optimized for social platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES
01.
Capture high-quality video content for social media campaigns, events, roadshows, and exhibitions using mobile devices.
02.
Edit videos directly on mobile devices using tools such as CapCut, ensuring professional and engaging final outputs
03.
Maintain creativity and flexibility throughout the editing process, enhancing storytelling until the final video cut.
04.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and audience engagement strategies.
05.
Optimize video content for different social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
06.
Assist in the conceptualization and planning of video content ideas and creative storytelling techniques.
07.
Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
08.
Capture behind-the-scenes footage and supplementary content during events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
09.
Ensure proper mobile shooting techniques, including framing, lighting, and sound, to maintain professional content quality.
10.
Stay updated on emerging trends in mobile videography, social media content, and mobile editing tools to continuously improve creative output.
11.
Provide creative input and feedback to improve the overall quality, engagement, and effectiveness of video content across campaigns.
12.
Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.
13.
Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE
A
Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Proven 3–4 years of experience in mobile video shooting and editing.

Hands-on experience in capturing content at events, roadshows, and exhibitions.

Proficiency with mobile video editing tools, such as CapCut, including final video cut production.

Strong creativity, storytelling skills, and ability to produce engaging content for social media platforms.

Preferred: Experience working in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment.

Understanding of basic production techniques, including framing, lighting, and sound, for mobile shooting.

Experience:

3–4 years of hands-on mobile video shooting experience.

Experience capturing content for events, roadshows, and exhibitions.

Skills and Competencies:

Expertise in capturing high-quality video content using mobile devices, including framing, lighting, and sound techniques.

Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and how to optimize content for engagement.
