Mobilization Coordinator/Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Mobilization Coordinator plays a key role in planning, organizing, and executing the mobilization and demobilization of personnel, materials, and services for trading and service-related projects. This role ensures that all necessary resources are in place to support project execution, client service delivery, and contractual obligations, while maintaining compliance with internal and external requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end mobilization of staff, subcontractors, and resources to various project sites or client locations.
  • Work closely with HR to manage onboarding, employment documents, training, and certifications prior to deployment.
  • Arrange logistics including transportation, accommodation, travel bookings, and necessary clearances for mobilized personnel.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of tools, equipment, and supplies needed for service contracts or trading operations.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients regarding mobilization timelines, personnel readiness, and documentation requirements.
  • Prepare mobilization schedules, status reports, and tracking logs to monitor progress and anticipate potential delays.
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely and cost-effective material movement.
  • Ensure all mobilization activities are carried out in compliance with company policies, client specifications, and legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of mobilization procedures, checklists, and internal workflows.
  • Support demobilization activities by coordinating the return of staff, equipment, and closing documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, HR, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in mobilization or logistics coordination within a trading or services environment.
  • Familiarity with regional labor laws, visa/work permit processes, and transportation/logistics practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
