This pivotal role involves spearheading workforce identification, management, scheduling, and accreditation for our entire IT workforce, including staff and suppliers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing detailed workforce estimates and managing all associated services like catering and transportation. This position requires extensive collaboration with internal IT domains to define roles and skillsets, as well as strong negotiation with event organizing committees. You will oversee all mobilization operations during live events, ensuring seamless execution and timely resolution of any issues. This role is critical in guaranteeing that our technical teams are properly resourced, accredited, and supported to deliver world-class IT services for prestigious events. โธ Proven ability to develop complex staff schedules and rosters across multiple venues and shifts.
โธ Strong experience in logistical planning, specifically for workforce catering and transportation.
โธ Proficiency in creating detailed workforce estimates and resource distribution plans.
โธ Advanced skills with the Microsoft Office suite for data analysis, reporting, and planning.
