Requirements:
5-8 years of experience in within the FMCG industry in KSA.
Proven Track record of managing modern trade, retail chains in KSA.
Experience working in KSA, mainly in the Fresh Food Category is highly preferred
1. Strong sales and negotiation skills
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
3. Proficiency in developing and maintaining key account relationships
4. In-depth knowledge of modern trade sales strategies and trends
5. Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
6. Experience in creating and implementing sales plans
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
8. Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
9. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools
10. Strong organizational and time management skills.
