Sales Engineer / Executive (Heavy Equipments Rental Sales)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer / Executive to join the heavy equipment rental division of a reputable organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will focus on driving rental sales, building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering excellent customer service and technical support. Proven experience in heavy equipment rental sales and a solid understanding of the Saudi market are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business prospects for heavy equipment rentals in Saudi Arabia
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service
• Negotiate rental agreements, pricing, and terms in line with company policies
• Achieve and surpass sales targets set by management
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to recognize trends and opportunities
• Provide clients with technical guidance and product expertise as needed
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market forecasts
• Participate in industry events and exhibitions to promote the company’s offerings
• Travel across regions for client meetings and on-site visits as required

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment rental sales preferred

• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Valid Saudi driving license

• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits
