We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

  • Intune Migration and Architecture:
    • Migration strategies for transitioning devices and policies from on-premise systems (e.g. MECM, GPO)
    • Windows Autopilot for modern, zero-touch provisioning of new devices.
    • Co-management strategies with MECM during the transition period.
    • Role based access template provisioning.
    • Content delivery from Intune.
  • Endpoint Management and Security:
    • Endpoint security policies, compliance policies and configuration profiles to enforce organization standards.
    • Implement and manage conditional access policies in conjunction with Entra ID.
    • Security stack on endpoints compatible to cloud offerings.
    • Mitigate control violations.
  • Networking Solutions:
    • Modern connectivity solutions of on-prem devices to Intune.
    • Cloud native or zero trust devices connecting back to intranet applications.
    • On-prem devices breaking out on internet to Microsoft CDN’s
  • Application and patch management
    • Frameworks for creating apps in Intune
    • Manage Windows update for Business (WuFB)
    • Frameworks for mass deployments.
    • Windows feature updates.
    • Content delivery solutions.
  • Automation and Scripting
    • Leverage Powershell scripting and Microsoft Graph API to automate repetitive tasks
    • Generate custom reports and dashboards.
    • Develop and implement custom solutions for service consumers.

Qualifications - External

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • 10-12 years of relevant IT experience, with minimum of 5+ years of experience in endpoint management and 3 years focused on Microsoft Intune.
  • Proven experience in successfully deploying and managing Intune for enterprise infrastructure.
  • Extensive experience with Windows Autopilot and Co-management.
  • Deep understanding of network infrastructure and its interaction with cloud services.
  • Strong scripting skills particularly with PowerShell and Json.
  • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant Microsoft Certifications are significant plus.
  • Experience Collaboration & tracking tools (like JIRA, Confluence) & Software Version Controlling (Git, GitHUB, etc).
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure is a must - Windows Server & Desktop OS, WSUS, SQL Server, Storage, and Network Technologies, Active Directory, MECM, Azure, Entra ID & Intune.
  • Knowledge of service management techniques including incident, problem, change, release management.
  • Effective and clear communication skills (written, oral and listening), with ability to describe complex technical scenarios in a concise manner depending on the audience.
  • Strong sense of ownership & urgency, ability to prioritize, attention to detail, flexibility, process orientation, strong analytical skills, sense of vigilance & adherence to all compliance procedures & policies, multi-tasking & time management skills.
  • Ability to lead meetings with the stakeholders, as needed, for application design, requirement gathering, infrastructure design, crisis calls will be desired.
  • Ability to work across geographies and time zones with a variety of teams and dealing with global stakeholders across functions.
  • Experience of having worked in an infrastructure critical environment for a large organization like HSBC would be an advantage.
