This role as a Functional Consultant has responsibility for projects, business as usual, and operational support.

Responsible for understanding the function of JDE application and where it is applied in business.

This is an operational and delivery position requiring an understanding of the overall KAHRAMAA business and business processes and effectively work in KAHRAMAA environment. RESPONSIBILITIES

Configure applications to support business requirements.

Prepares documentation to support process, functional, and technical specifications.

Train the Business Support team members as needed to ensure continuous and efficient operation of the JDE HR system and procedures and create and maintain manuals documenting procedures in detail.

Able to create OneView Reports and Event pages.

Providing production support for JDE super users and end users. Activities include problem analysis, break / fix, testing, and promotion to the prototype environment.

Performing impact analysis on incoming service/support requests, specific to complexity and estimate drivers.

Creating functional / operational design specifications for support work and support the business analysts in their project work;

Detailed functional specifications, test plans, and user and operations documentation. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

Good Command on English, Arabic (Not Mandatory, but Preferred).

Extremely diligent and attentive to details.

Effective communicator at all levels with excellent English writing skills

Relevant working knowledge in JDE E1 HR/Payroll experience: Recruitment, Compensation, Time management, Benefits, - etc.

Having at least three Full-cycle implementations and upgrades experience of EnterpriseOne HR/Payroll is mandatory.

Experience on training key users and User Productivity Kit (UPK) on JDE HR/Payroll modules. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION

A relevant Degree.

Industry certification in Human Resources Domain is desirable.

A solid understanding of the JDE Business Processes for HR modules including integration with: JDE Finance, Job Cost, etc.

At least 8-10 years of experience with J.D. Edwards EnterpriseOne (including recent 9.2 Update 5 version level).
