Location: Jalgaon

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Tool Engineering, or related field

Experience: 2 to 4+ years (Must have experience in Husky Systems or Injection Molding)

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of injection molds to ensure smooth production operations.
• Handle troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of molds (preferably Husky molds) to minimize downtime.
• Carry out mold assembly, disassembly, polishing, and component replacement as per requirement.
• Maintain documentation of mold history, maintenance schedules, and breakdown analysis.
• Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and storage of molds in the tool room.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve molding issues and improve mold performance.
• Implement and follow safety standards and 5S practices in the tool room.
• Provide support during mold trials and new mold validation.

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Tool Engineering, or relevant discipline.
• 2 to 4+ years of hands-on experience in injection molding tool room maintenance.
• Prior exposure to Husky mold systems is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, mold components, and hot runner systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and support production needs.
