Opportunity with an Esteemed Client Company of Sanskruti Solutions: (Diagnostic Setup Company)

Role: Molecular Technologist

Location: Powai, Mumbai

Working Pattern: 6 Days / Week (Sunday Off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support NGS-based assay development, optimization and validation under regulatory frameworks (e.g. CAP, CLIA, NABL, ISO 15189).
• Collaborate with pathologists, bioinformaticians and variant scientists for clinical result interpretation.
• Analyze raw data and maintain accurate documentation of results.
• Contribute to the implementation of new molecular platforms.
• Maintain compliance with lab SOPs, biosafety guidelines and accreditation requirements.
• Participate in troubleshooting, internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills: PhD in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Genetics.

• 1 - 2 years of hands-on laboratory experience in molecular diagnostics, clinical genomics or assay development.
• Strong knowledge of NGS workflows.
• Experience working in accredited lab settings (CAP, NABL, ISO) is highly desirable.
• Detail-oriented, organized and capable of managing multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Experience with oncology panels.
• Understanding of bioinformatics tools and variant databases (e.g. IGV, ClinVar, COSMIC).
• Ability to contribute to SOP drafting, validation documentation and scientific publications.
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹62,500.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
