Weekend Receptionist – Dog Hotel (Morristown, NJ)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:00 AM – 6:00 PM

One Paw Away, a modern dog hotel and daycare located at 467 South Street, Morristown, is seeking a professional, outgoing, and highly social receptionist to join our front desk team.

Responsibilities:

• Check-in and check-out dogs for daycare, boarding, and grooming
• Greet clients warmly and confidently
• Carry engaging conversations with pet parents; build rapport
• Answer phones clearly and professionally
• Assist clients with questions, payments, and reservations
• Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby
• Coordinate with our daycare and grooming teams throughout the day

Requirements:

• Must present professionally
• Outgoing, confident, talkative, and comfortable speaking on the phone
• This is NOT a role for someone shy or quiet—strong communication is essential
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must love dogs
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Must be available Monday through Friday
