- Configure, optimize, and manage the Monday dotcom environment.
- Take ownership of third-party integrations (tools like Slack, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, etc.) to boost operational efficiency.
- Design and implement custom workflows and automations in Mondaydotcom.
- Train team members by developing training sessions and creating user documentation for smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their processes and translate these into effective Mondaydotcom solutions.
- Troubleshoot any system issues, manage user access, and keep platform usage aligned to best practices.
- Monitor usage metrics and continuously seek ways to improve the system and user experience.
