Key Responsibilities: Classroom Management & Instruction

• Create, maintain, and enrich a prepared Montessori environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and respect.
• Deliver lessons in core areas such as Mathematics, Language, Science, History, Geography, and Practical Life, tailored to the developmental needs of older students.
• Encourage project-based learning, research skills, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Guide students toward self-discipline and self-motivation using Montessori principles.
• Maintain accurate academic records and progress reports for each student.

Student Support & Observation

• Observe students daily to identify learning needs, interests, and challenges.
• Provide individualized and small-group instruction to meet varying levels of ability.
• Foster students’ executive functioning, time management, and self-regulation skills.
• Support emotional well-being, conflict resolution, and positive peer relationships.

Curriculum Development

• Plan and implement an advanced Montessori curriculum that integrates STEM, arts, cultural studies, and practical life skills.
• Incorporate technology appropriately to complement Montessori materials and research-based learning.
• Design interdisciplinary projects and field experiences that extend beyond the classroom.

Collaboration & Communication

• Partner with co-teachers, assistants, and support staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians through conferences, reports, and meetings.
• Collaborate with school leadership on curriculum planning, assessments, and student enrichment.
• Participate in professional development and school community activities.

Classroom Environment & Safety

• Ensure the classroom is organized, clean, and equipped with appropriate Montessori materials.
• Establish clear routines and expectations that align with Montessori philosophy.
• Monitor the physical and emotional safety of all students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs25,000.00 per month
