Montessori Assistant Teacher-Allama Iqbal Town

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports the natural curiosity, independence, and growth of each child in accordance with Montessori principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Montessori-aligned lesson plans and activities that meet the individual needs and learning styles of children.
• Prepare and maintain a well-structured, engaging, and orderly classroom environment with age-appropriate Montessori materials.
• Observe, record, and assess student progress, providing individualized guidance and support.
• Encourage independence, self-motivation, and respect for others in the classroom community.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress, classroom activities, and developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to ensure consistency and alignment with Montessori philosophy.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.
• Participate in professional development and ongoing Montessori training.

Qualifications:

• Montessori Certification (AMI/AMS or equivalent) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience teaching in a Montessori environment strongly desired.
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• Passion for fostering independence, creativity, and lifelong learning in children.

Pay: From Rs25,000.00 per month
