Montessori Assistant Teacher – Preschool

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in conducting activities based on Montessori principles.
• Help manage the classroom environment and ensure the safety and well-being of children.
• Support children in developing social, motor, and academic skills through interactive play and guided learning.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with the lead teacher regarding the progress and needs of children.
• Help with nap time, snack time, and hygiene routines.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Any Undergraduate Degree.
• A diploma or certification in Montessori / Early Childhood Education is preferred.
• Prior experience in a preschool or play school setting is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Patient, caring, and attentive to the needs of young children.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
