Montessori Directress

AIMS SCHOOL seeking passionate Female Montessori Directress to join our team.

We are looking for Montessori teachers to lead our classrooms. The ideal candidate will have understanding of the Montessori method, communication skills, and a passion for creating a nurturing and supportive learning environment.

# Responsibilities

- Plan and implement Montessori lessons and activities

- Create a prepared environment that fosters independence, self-directed learning, and hands-on activity

- Observe and record student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum

- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians

- Maintain a safe, organized, and respectful classroom environment

Requirements

- Preferred if experience working in Montessori environment

- communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with Montessori materials or programs
